Liberals are quick to say that speech that agrees with them is "free speech," while speech that disagrees is "hate speech." You don't have to be a rocket scientist to recognize who is really speaking hate. Here's what some of them are saying... Tom wrote: "You useless homophobic idiots. HOW DARE YOU show disrespect to what happened at stonewall thirty years ago. You are killing children. My blood and the blood of a thousand, no ten or a hundred thousand dead gay children IS ON YOUR FILTHY HANDS." Ricardo wrote: "Who wrote this piece of garbage? This seems like something Joseph Goebbels would conjure. There is no clue or original political thought. I am a Democrat and believe myself to be a good father, a devout christian and a Viet-Nam veteran. For the writer(s) of this article to imply that all Democrats do not hold the family to be the centerpiece of our society and that we are all bent on destroying the moral fabric of the same is as slanderous as one can get. I do not think that the writer(s) of this garabage are going to be bothered by facts." Eucharius wrote, "The only reason that christianity is
being rejected by those who promote multiculturism is because it has proven
itself destructive & domineering and refuses to exist in a multicultural
nation. Jackson wrote, saying: "It's a tossup which is the more
sickening--an immoral politician or a bible thumping, opinionated, egocentric,
loud mouthed jackass... Most of the garbage you spew has never been proven to
most people's satisfaction. Even Europeans like Anton writes, "I did a search for
Bill Clinton's email address and web site so that I could send a critical email
about the USA and its behaviour towards the rest of the world. I came across a
load of religious crap about what Clinton and his cronies are doing or not
doing for the environment.
I'm hardly proud of a country where 1.5 million babies are murdered in their mothers womb every year ... where thousands of babies are murdered only seconds from delivery and inches from life ... where violence, hunger, drug abuse and lonliness is standard fare for our children ... where truth is no longer tolerated and lying, cheating, stealing, adultery, etc. are elevated to a virtue ... where God is mocked and the people choose to follow all sorts of deviant beliefs ... where sexuality is debased and a sexual revolution has twisted our sexual roles ... where the Whitehouse and Federal office buildings are occupied by criminals ... where the future financial security of the children and elderly are being pilfered to pay for present indulgences ... where education has been replaced with sensitivity training ... where the Constitution is being ignored and Constitutional rights are trampled on by a modernist, liberal, socialist movement ... and to top it all off - the people like it that way. Who's disgusting, repulsive, and offensive? Do you see the problem here? All the above has been redefined by liberals as being 'mainstream' and anyone who might dare question them is labeled an extremist. [ed.] Elise wrote: "I think that YOU are the one that needs help. This country is run as a democracy, this is why church and state are separated. When you right-wing Reed and Limbaugh followers get out of peoples personal business, maybe then you'll get a little respect. Women have the right to do what they please with their bodies, homosexuals are free to do as they please, and God can stay in church and out of school as far as I'm concerned. Why don't you leave judgement to GOD and quit spreading hatred everywhere. I don't expect us all to "just get along," but I think God can make the judgement by him/herself as to who goes to heaven and hell. I think you should just leave church and state separate and stop trying to mix the two. I know more religious christians that will go to hell for spreading hatred than I know normal every day people that will go to hell just because they are gay or decided to have an abortion. You don't see me telling you what religion to believe, so stay out of my business and I'll stay out of yours. Decisions like the ones your calling Immoral should be made between a person and their GOD....not in an open forum. Please just leave judgement to GOD. I'll see you in hell." Oh no you won't! [ed.] Orlandocuffs wrote, "I have browsed your page and find
it mostly amusing. I can respect the difference in political opinions. However,
there is no doubt that your views are extreme. I support your right to have
this home page for a place for your opinions. You are a very judgemental person
and I always find that interesting with people who are such avowed Christians.
Your views on homosexuality particularly are not only scary, they are bizzare.
Our nation has shown repeatedly that it has a "live and let live" attitude
about people's sexuality. You listed the names of many people in "President"
Clinton's administration who are gay. Trust me, I am sure there are many more
throughout the government. They were there when President Reagan was there as
well. Hey...you might be surprised to know that you have gay people in your
very own family! Jerry wrote, "Have you read the research showing that homophobia is linked to sexual arousal when viewing homosexual pornography? I guess you must get pretty turned on by this topic." The
so-called research Jerry refers to is an APA-approved study, "Is Homophobia
Associated With Homosexual Arousal?" (1996 Vol. 105, No. 3 Journal of Abnormal
Psychology). In it, the study puports to show that people who object to
homosexuality are really aroused by it, unlike people who aren't "homophobic."
This nonsense is, of course, another example of the hatred that homosexuals
have for normal heterosexual people - especially those who point out their
sickness to them - and is an attempt to further label as mental illness any
moral objection to homosexuality. A person who didn't leave their name wrote, "What this country needs is another self important pseudo-Christian to hack the office of the president before growing children. The future voters of this country will never, ever, ever see any reason to respect any president regardless of party or religious affiliation. I find the self proclaim Christians to be the most mean spirited and unChristlike group of indiviuals to walk this earth. Now with the new super hyped allegations let us hear you and yours start casting stones ala Baker and Swaggert. The real danger to America is the McNews believers as yourself and the other comic book info officianados. God Bless America. And God Bless our president and all those presidents to follow." Steve wrote, "What a bunch of right-wing nutball hooey.
You guys actually believe the crap Limbaugh and Reed put out? Wow, you are
really f***** up." Whew! Steve you need professional help. [ed.] Heather wrote, "you are bigots Jessica wrote, "I am a devout Christian who disagrees
with your hateful attitude on your web page. The Bible tells me not to judge
others, that is the realm of God only. To sin is a choice and if people decide
to go against God's will, it will be on their shoulders, not yours. Live your
life, love your neighbor. Leave the damnation decisions to God. God alone knows motives, but we can certainly judge words and actions against the standards of God's Word. And, in fact, we are required to do so. The Bible tells Christians to test all things, ourselves included (2 Cor. 13:5 and 1 Jn. 4:1). And Jesus Himself commanded us "to judge with righteous judgment" (John 7:24). Heather's words judge themselves, I don't need to. And the words and actions of NOW and other organizations espousing the feminist agenda speak for themselves as well. [ed.] jec wrote, "This site confirmed what I've suspected all
along: SOME Republicans have degenerated into bitter, hateful, propaganistic,
petty ultra-right-wing twits. (Does Bob Dole know you're doing this in his
name?? For his sake, I hope not!) At least this person found something positive to say. :-) [ed] Jeff wrote, "What a pathetic web site! Get a life!" Too bad the Democratic Party doesn't agree that babies should have a life. [ed] Mack wrote, "You are one sick sob. If your christain god was so powerful and real, he(or she) would strike Clinton dead. The fact that he is still here must mean god doesn't care about you and maybe he(or she) doesn't exist. Get a life. These people's anger is so deep they even extend their emotions to God. Maybe Mack would strike dead those he disagrees with, but God works differently. "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him." (John 3:16-17) I've got a life, Mack. Would you like to experience it? Unlike you, Mack, God "... is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. (2Pet. 3:9) [ed] Ronald wrote, "Nasty, nasty. Obviously you don't apply the standards of truthfulness and decency that you seem to expect from the president to yourselves." I suppose you know the truth ... you didn't mention anything. Rather than countering any statements or issues, or introducing any "ideas," these folks just "project" their own inadequacies on their opponents. [ed.]
Obviously, Dusty didn't "get" the cartoon. I would suggest she go back and study it again. As for more lengthly replies ... "Read the Web Page links!" [ed.] Ray wrote, "Look's like ANYBODY can put a web page out there. Does your hand get sore with all that bible thumping? You forgot to mention the "rapture"!" ... What a kook! Who cares. Know yourself FIRST! For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever. [1 Thess. 4:16-17] It isn't "religion" they hate - or born again
Christians. They despise Jesus Christ. Their eyes are blinded by Satan's lies,
most of them don't realize the hatred they have for our Lord. Many of them deny
it -- even claiming church membership. But, the Bible tells us, "ye shall know
them by their fruits." They, along with much of American culture have embraced
a philosophy of pluralism, tolerance, and situation ethics. Despite their
self-proclaimed position of open-mindedness and tolerance, notice how
Christianity is always unacceptable -- even considered laughable. |
