The Decline of Politics in America

Politically, America is quickly loosing the respect of the American people as politicians routinely lie and cheat their way into office. Presidential elections today are no longer about issues important to the citizens, the best person for the job or what's best for the country. They are about 30-second sound bites, focus groups, polls, and telling the American people what they want to hear. In recent years, technology has magnified their capability to deliver a steady stream of carefully controlled and scripted illusion of truth.

George and Barbara Bush were well known for their use of the satellite tour for making news from the Whitehouse. Using this technique, they were able to personalize and target messages for specific geographic target markets across the country while bypassing the national TV networks, feeding their messages to satellites above the earth straight from the Whitehouse TV studio.

Bill Clinton was perhaps the first politician to really master the managing of the media for his purposes.

America's slide into depravity can be demonstrated in the fact that exit polls in recent presidential elections showed that even those who voted for a candidate did not trust them or believe they were telling the truth. What they did believe was that their candidate was good for their wallet and therefore, character did not matter.

Our leaders thus become a reflection of what America is becoming; immoral, self-centered, self-deceived, and depraved. The Bible describes the process in Romans 1:20-32:

Ever since the creation of the world his eternal power and divine nature, invisible though they are, have been understood and seen through the things he has made. So they are without excuse; for though they knew God, they did not honor him as God or give thanks to him, but they became futile in their thinking, and their senseless minds were darkened. Claiming to be wise, they became fools; and they exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images resembling a mortal human being or birds or four-footed animals or reptiles. Therefore God gave them up in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, to the degrading of their bodies among themselves, because they exchanged the truth about God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever! Amen.

For this reason God gave them up to degrading passions. Their women exchanged natural intercourse for unnatural, and in the same way also the men, giving up natural intercourse with women, were consumed with passion for one another. Men committed shameless acts with men and received in their own persons the due penalty for their error. And since they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them up to a debased mind and to things that should not be done. They were filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, covetousness, malice. Full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, craftiness, they are gossips, slanderers, God-haters, insolent, haughty, boastful, inventors of evil, rebellious toward parents, foolish, faithless, heartless, ruthless. They know God's decree, that those who practice such things deserve to die--yet they not only do them but even applaud others who practice them.

Very few Americans even have the vaguest idea of how the election process works. Instead, a TV-educated, dumb downed, uninformed American public is led to the polls by a sophisticated propaganda machine to cast their vote for the hand-picked corporate candidate as if it were for the high-school prom king and queen.

In 2000, while the media and much of America focused on butterfly-ballots and elderly voters who cannot complete a ballot, beneath the surface was brewing yet another incremental attack on the Constitution of the United States of America by Socialists determined to quietly overthrow this country from within. As politicians and lawyers descend upon Florida for hand recounts upon recounts, Americans were fed a daily dose of propaganda designed to sway them away from the Constitutionally established norm of electing Presidents in this country.

More recently, the election process has been corrupted by the establishment in their efforts to bypass the legitimate counting of ballots.

One example of a clear indication of fraud was the 2008 primaries in Texas. We are expected to believe that McCain won Texas in a landslide. What I find seriously hard to believe is this: Ron Paul got 70% of the vote in his district for Congress-----37,220 votes. In that same district, they want us to believe he only got 6,697 votes for president. That equates to almost ONLY 1 in 5 people that voted for him for Congress supported him for President. They can't be serious. You mean to tell me that 37,000 got out to vote for him for Congress, but only 6,700 for President??! No Way!

Corrupted Politics

As has been their method for years, Socialists understand that they will not be able to radically change this country over night. Rather, theirs is a step-by-step incremental approach of first undermining the foundations of this country by creating doubt and distrust supported by an activist court busy rewriting the Constitution of the United States.

Is this something new? Hardly! The Socialist influenced Courts have systematically been disassembling the U.S. Constitution - one line and one amendment at a time. Years ago, the Constitutionally established right to coin money in the U.S. was turned over to the privately held banks (Federal Reserve) and a system of taxation has been established to ensure the poverty of most Americans. Rights once guaranteed to Americans by the First, Second, Fourth, Fifth, Ninth, and Tenth Amendments of the Constitution have been stripped from the population. The right to life of unborn babies has been denied them by the courts, the right to pray to their creator God has been denied young Americans in schools across the country. The right to peaceably demonstrate has been denied abortion protesters. The right to a fair and speedy trial has been denied to minority groups of all races. And, the list goes on.

Open your eyes! Because everything you have taken for granted will soon be gone if you don't begin to do something about it.

Unconstitutional Presidental Executive Orders
In order to take advantage of these so-called "crisis," Presidents Clinton and G.W. Bush used the strategic use of Executive Orders to bypass Congress and the will of the American people, in violation of the Constitutional balance of powers. Mr. Clinton said he would legislate by Executive Order if Congress did not bow to his legislative agenda. "I have a continuing obligation to act, to use the authority of the presidency and the persuasive power of the podium, to advance America´s interests...," said Mr. Clinton.

There was no debate, no media coverage, and no vote ... just a President signing into law whatever he believed "is the right thing to do." "Stroke of the pen. Law of the land. Kinda cool," said Mr. Clinton´s senior advisor Paul Begala.

Using these unconstitutional Executive Orders, the White House is able to implement international treaties that are bad for America. By law, the president must submit international agreements to the U.S. Senate for advice and consent, and two-thirds of the senators must concur. President Clinton warned if the Senate, for example, didn't ratify the Kyoto Treaty on Global Warming, he would use an Executive Order to instruct the EPA to implement regulations which would impose the treaty on Americans anyway.

Failing to get this dictatorial mandate past Congress, liberals in the White House and Congress subverted the 10th Amendment by "greenmailing" the states into submission. The fascist strategy was to withhold tax revenues from the states, if states did not surrender constitutional rights and submit to legislative mandates voluntarily.

With the government takeover of much of the American economy, health care, and the family well under way, collectivists turned its attention next to a constitutional "crisis".

Taking back our country won't be an easy task and it won't happen overnight. Democrats and Republicans alike are not only being duped by the Socialist propaganda themselves, but in many cases are championing it. The same is true of many citizens in the U.S. Not everyone believes freedom is worth preserving and either advocate corporate fascism or clutch at the handouts of the Socialist nanny state.

Every now and then an individual politician rises above the common riffraff and challenges us to return to our Constitutional government. Their voice is quickly suppressed by the media to the delight of the mainstream candidates. They are ridiculed for their divergent messages by fellow politicians and are mostly excluded from public exposure in the corporate controlled mass media.

Christians in Politics

American politics is no longer about Democrats, Republicans, or Independents ...

It's not a fight between the Liberal Left and the Christian Right ...

It is all about WHAT America is.

Liberal activists would have us believe our founding fathers were terrified at the prospect of Christians participating in the political process. This led them, we're told, to establish a wall of separation between church and state. But no such provision appears in the Constitution or any of the foundational documents. The principle is found only in one of Thomas Jefferson's letters, and referred, not to the exclusion of religious people from government, but to the protection of religion from governmental interference. Nonetheless, this distorted view of our Constitution has become the battle standard for those who loathe America.

Those who believe they can be their own god and hate any Christian concept of God have decided that anyone who disagrees with them are extremist cultists and should have no voice in the government that is supposed to restrain them. There is clear evidence in recent years of a deliberate, calculated effort to isolate Christians from the rest of the culture by spreading fear and distrust. Led by the ACLU, new agers, one-worlders, feminists, homosexuals, liberal churches, fascist corporations, and godless politicians, an all out War on Christianity has been declared. Anyone professing faith in Jesus Christ and declaring the Bible to be the infallible Word of God is their enemy.

Ironically, those protesting the loudest against "hate", "intolerance" and "bigotry" are usually the first ones to practice hate, intolerance and bigotry toward Christians. If a Christian has the audacity to express their beliefs in the public sphere, they are labelled "Right Wing Extremists" and every effort is made to shut them up or at least the minimize the effect of their expression.

Dictators, tyrants, and other opponents of the truth have never wanted churches and Christians to interfere with their plans. Who can forget the German Nazi propagandist Joseph Goebbels who said, "Churchmen dabbling in politics should take note that their only task is to prepare for the world hereafter."

Is that not the same message we hear today from liberals wanting to remove Christians from the political process?
